Ok, so Lal offered preaccepted Pact to Zakharov, and Zak accepted, now Lal has a probe team.
It works:
- question - move or make probe team action.
I was offered infiltration. Now I wonder would it work the other way - like Zakh offers pre-accepted Pact to Lal. Could Lal still infiltrate? Must be checked.

2 quick interfactional remarks:

First, now we can offer EnvEcon to the Gaians... there does seem to be a one turn delay thus.
Two, the Gaians are pacted with the Morgans now

Militarily: I see a Spartan impact cruiser just north of Yoda Soda.
I wonder if a military invasion is finding place there...

Morgans indeed look in pretty low shape. Seems they've put all their energy in erecting bases and covering them with probe defenders... They look more Angel-like then we do!

Gaians - inquire of the Hive status. Ask if they realize, the Spartan transport with probe onboard - they should notice this in hive infiltration anyway... Pact? Start discussions?

Morganities - Promptly inform of obstructing their communication lines on their waters due to our students on route to University of Planet for their practical training.... or smth like that

Spartans - be open. Tell them we finely tuned our economy and we are a little above 2 turns for Int Int to be researched right now (only when my proposal of getting into 30%psych gets aproved), yet we still expect to get Int Int in 2164 when we add several lab points to the research speed. Confirm, that in 2164 they will receive Int Int pre-accepted.

Should't we be able to see in the datalinks what the Morgans now about the Spartans and such? We have the Morgan map and now all Sparta's base locations, but when I check the Morgan intelligence files in the diplo info I see zip.

Also, Gaians don't seem to have info on the Hive.

Is this perhaps we haven't physically met both of those factions so don't have their logo in the list?

But I can see the Gaian -and Spartan technologies!

It is so that only last turn (2161) we got confirmation on who occupied the land it was sailing to at first due to our world map exchange. We promptly decided to change it's course and let it head to the University of Planet's territory in order to let our junior students onboard have a field practice in that area of Planet.

No worries there. I received a response already from them, and they are still asking party regarding pact.

Be advised that there is a Spartan Missile Cruiser operating in the waters north of you. We do not know how far north of you it is. The last time we saw it it was [(6)-2-6, Commando, 30% damaged]. With the MCC it might still be able to move 8 squares. Note, the Spartans are running Funde and with the MCC and their morale bonus, all the ships they made since they got the MCC are at least commando morale. With the Command Nexus, funde, Spartan morale bonus, and monoliths, all thier land units appear to be Elite.

Please let me know if circumstances have changed allowing you to enter into a Pact. There is a substantial amount of infomation that we can provide to you if we were in a Pact. In particular, we may be able to provide you both detailed information about Spartan dispositions that may aid your defense, as well as detailed infomation that may aid you in your borrowing activities at the University libraries (some of the libraries have been know to have Uni and Spartan probes studying in the bookstacks or nearby).

Remember, any Spartan ship you see will probably be at least Commando with a 2+ MCC movement bonus. Any Spartan land unit you see will be at least Commando and probably Elite with the 1+ movement bonus.
