It is an important question from Gaians:

However, we currently don't have much options on what to do with the impact foil Hive is going to produce - if we tried to manafacture a foil to destroy it, I am not sure if it would be ready and could reach the Hive foil before it destroys our units+we have laser weapons only, which would have to go against their synthmetal armoured unit and better moraled unit. Even if we manage to produce a foil to reach it, outcome of the battle is likely not very good.
Are Angels in immediate danger if they risk going to war? Your probe foil could subvert the 4-1-1 foil, but you would be forced then join us and Spartans in war against Hive and I believe that you would find it dangerous to get involved in war against Hive, even if it is stretched thin on three sides. As we have little time to decide, and many of our members are not online, we must explore all alternatives, no matter how desperate they are.
BTW, I see you plan to probe Yang. You could have asked us for base coordinates of his coastal bases - we can give them to you if you want.

So do we go for war with Yang?

I'm ok with the chance of war with Yang. With a bit of luck we might be able to convert that unit without being 'discovered'.

My only warning is to look out for that synth garrison still trying to penetrate our core lands. AFAIremember from the (spotty) pics I've seen it's the only immediate thread close to us.

The question is as well what we want for this. But I don't have enough background info to decide on that one.

I agree with Herc on this one. Is there any way we could perhaps supply defensive units to the same locations as the Gaians? Then Yang would be deciding on war or not, not us.

basicly what i thought about this,but the other side is that the gaians might be less likely to help us in the future if we do not agree to their request

Due to sunspots we are also hoping that you will quickly consider what you would be willing to pay us for Ecological Engineering. We are also considering a following leapfrog scheme that would benefit us both and the Gaians. This is assuming the Gaians are researching EcolEng.

1. Sparta gives Gaians EcolEng.
2. Gaia switches research to IntInt, provided they could get IntInt several years earlier than the Angels.
3. Gaia gives us - and the Angels - IntInt when it's researched. What Gaia gets in return from the Angels, is up to them.
4. The Angels switch research to Cyberethics (should that be possible), and give it to us when researched.

An expedient reply would be appreciated.

Data Angels are very sorry to hear about Lady Deirdre's death. We will all miss her. She touched so many lives of "Unity" survivors on the Planet. Her care about the environment we all live in has been an inspiration for many to better our lives since planetfall. We hope, that this tragic event will have as little impact on Gaian Union as possible and your faction will recover even stronger than before.
