Would you be able to work your aerial magic and create me a Me109 in your stlye and an Avro Lancaster in your style?
Sure, I d' be happy to. Would that be the bloated fuselage with pilot style, the stubby fuselage style or the lots of tiny planes with eye-popping colours style?
This monday is a religious holliday, so I 'll have some time to spend creatively
Meanwhile, I am almost through with my Warhammer 40k units
Great ships, man!

Much as I dearly love the Captain's units, his Spitfire has always struck me as not quite right. The canopy is too bulbous and the nose and spinner aren't quite right (see the top graphic below). So I've tweaked these plus the wings and tailplane.
All the major variants are here: The Spit I and II (armed with MGs) fought in the battle of Britain, as did the cannon armed IB which was replaced in late 1940 by the IIB. The Mk V came into service in 41 and the RAF dropped the green and brown cammo at this time. The Mk IX also entered service in late 41 as a countermeasure to the new FW190. I've done a Mk VIII with clipped wings and desert 2-tone cammo. Last is the awesome Griffon-engined long-nose Mk XIV, brought into service in 1944, which was the finest piston-engined fighter of the war.
Need a bit of feedback: the top versions are darker than the bottom ones. Which, if any, do you prefer?
