This month The British Navy clamied its first scalp of this war, a russian destroyer was met in the baltic and easily outmanuvered and sunk. A well placed shot from the HMS Spanker almost blew the destroyer in half. Survivers were said to be minimal and thos ewhich did survive were treated to a BDSM show by the crew

In other news the second Dreadnought nears completion in the docks of Glasgow, however a new type of ship is rumoured to be in production. The "Battlecruiser" as this type of ship is called, is a combination of the Cruiser and the Dreadnought, combinbing the manuverablity of the former and the power of the latter.

This month industrious Spanish traders have delivered loads of coal to the cities of Bordoux and Paris.

The Spanish government is concerned that none of the Med League nations has acted to correct the fictional state of war which currently exhists between Spain and their nations. We ask that this be corrected ASAP.

Dictator Nicholas steps down -leaves control to local communes

After weeks of war and the fall of Moscow, Russian government has lost control, and dictator Nicholas officially resigned. Local communes have claimed sovereignty from the tyranny of Moscow, weary of their rulers failure to deliver the promised victories in the enduring war effort. The peasantry is taking back lands from their lords, organizing themselves and fortifying their homes from foreign aggression and government control. Troops on the loose roam the countryside and intellectuals fear this might anticipate the breakdown of Russia as a sovereign state. It is feared that not just germany, but several foreign states with interests in the country will seek to take control of this vast land. Meanwhile, everyone asks oneself, when will this chaos end?

Sorry guys, just can't find the time to play civ2 anymore, and I can't let you wait on me every time my turn comes up. I suggest you find another player for Russia or let the AI handle Russia for the time being.

On top of all that, I have had the about craziest week in ages... An old friend of mine almost got his head burnt away from an exploding lighter, I have parted with my girlfriend, fallen in love, and exams are coming up. Life these days seems to come on heavy.
