League nations wanting funding for construction, education or growth projects in their countries should apply to Italy. We are more than willing to subsidize the growth of our allies.

Um, the following statements by the Jugoslavian government were made far more recently than a few years ago, and didn't appear to be any cort of unified ML policy:
Sorry I see I forgot to reply to this.
Yes these things have allready been revoked, however it's possible that we never got around to posting about it as it was never our turn (I am rather sure I told Germany about it online though)...
In any event, there are no trade barriers between the league and the rest of the world, we still reserve the right to limit the amount of connections to our road net though (ie don't build roads all over the border).
Italy welcomes the new jugoslavian leadership but hopes that it'll respect league rules (which are basicly what we all agree on with full majority).
Feel free to apply for the offered italian funding btw, Italy has been spending loads of money on Jugoslavia and Turkey for ages now, hopefully you have some industries and stuff by now (as I've been giving your predecesors many thousands of gold)...
And atze 2 weeks is far from the longest delay this game has seen.
Yes, I know but ... it's just that it seems to me that the game wouldn't have to be delayed so long ... Germany has the biggest empire in here and is still quite fast making its turn ... the others are smaller but often do not make turns for weeks. It's just that I can't imagine why this is so ... sorry
