Sultan wonders why the Russian Tsar hasn't taken his medication lately?
To England: Germany presented no such terms to the Russian Ambassador at any time and in the interest of peace, will ignore the ill-written telegram from London and will await for the German delegate to the peace talks to explain how these new terms fit into the treaty. And in the future, the General "suggests " that you consult with foriegn powers before you propose to use their forces as part of a treaty.

England has been in talks with our trusted Allies the Germans and they have assured us that Stockholm was to be handed over to the British Empire, its just that the German ambassador does admit that the wording could lead the Russians to assume it was to be handed over to Germany, this is not the case.
Also i made the reference to Turkish Forces being used to keep the Russian Black Sea fleet bottled up because i would assume that Turkey would not want to see a war and they are i nthe unique position to blockade the straits without the British fleets violating their Neutrality.
I see it as the best way. And the Batlic fleet, which may have been destroyed is never to be rebuilt again, on pain of a return to war. However the British navy reported a freighter vessel in the Baltic, we are shadowing it as this communique goes out.Attached FilesMaps, Maps, MORE MAPS!!!!

Regarding the Stolkholm issue, it was agreed that Britain should be given governence over the city. It is the fault of the CEU ambassador to have forgotten to mention Britain in the talks and thus produce such hostilities. The Russian ambassador will remember that he did agree to cede Stolkholm.
As far as the Baltic fleet, the remnants are to be handed over to the CEU forces, as agreed. However, it was never agreed upon to there never being any Russian fleet there in the future. However, considering the state of Russia as of now and the near future, the possibility of having a fleet of any sort is out of the question.
If we need to have a pow-wow about the Black Sea Affair (BSA), then I suggest all participants cooly discuss the issue while holding hands around a bon-fire. Mmmmm, and we'll have some smores too.

Case of the missing tech
JMarks and I discovered an interesting problem with the events recently, when he took the city of Riga, Russia is supposed to learn communism, however a quick check of the game file will prove that to be innacurate. for my turns i've been using the files that FMK posted a page or two back to replace the ones i had from before (i think the ones i replaced were the single played rules). I am most definitely NOT done with my turn, but this needs to be straightened out before the German Prime Minister and the General can sign a full peace treaty.
BTW, I AM NOT DONE WITH MY TURN YET!!! I'm just posting it so that people can have a look see at the problem as FMK suggestedAttached Files

Having looked at the file I've discovered something is seriously wrong with the embeded events, they are all garbled (ie none of them work).
We can either go back to old files from before this happened (just finding when this happened would be a lot of work imho) or we could run delevent on it, and open it with the events.txt present in the folder (loading in the new events into the file).
This would have one side effect, one time events (are there any in the MP events file?) will fire again if triggered.
I would also like to edit the tech which was not delivered into russias list, as germany has allready taken the city of riga and nothing happened.
What do you all think, which way should we go?No Fighting here, this is the war room!

Yes, this is obviously the right thing to do.
Run Delevent on the file. Open events file in text editor, removing all events which would've fired already. Continue playing with the 'new' modified events. Easy as Pie.
-FMK.
Edit: And yes, I can vouch for the fact that Russia hasn't got Communism whilst Riga is plainly in CEU hands. Very strange.

Someone else will have to do it I just get a wierd error
If it doesnt work with the PC version of delevent we'll have to ask someone more knowladgeable in hexediting than me () to do it for us (Yaroslav?).

Okay, strange. Well, I ran delevent on the file that HTower posted. Originally it was 205kb, and after the removal of events (which seemed to happen without issue) it is now 192kb. I dont know hot to tell if this solves everything, so Henrik, be my guest:

This is the edited events file, H Tower should download the save file FMK posted and then just load it and save with this events.txt file present in his AoW folder.
That should add these events to the save file (and it will also ensure that Russia gets her tech, as I added a little trick to the events file to take care of that for us).
Nobody but H Tower needs to download the file, but everyone can of course do it if they want to read what I did to it (not much).
I tried adding a blurb for when Belgrade falls (replacing the one for Paris) but the events parser refuse to believe Belgrade is a city (when building a scenario this doesnt matter, as cities gets loaded again when the scn file is launched, but in a savegame it, unfortunatly, means that we cannot use that event).
Also I personalized the "London, Madrid and Berlin" falls text blurbs ( nothing major I just added a word or two).
I would've done this to the Italian and Turkish blurbs as well if that wouldn't mean rewriting the entire textAttached FilesNo Fighting here, this is the war room!
