      Yes, I remember
Many years ago, the NSU cars were present in Europe, with different models : printz, RO80...

Re; The Civ4 event engine, I've heard a lot of positive things about it but I'm going to wait until its out, reviewed, debugged, patched and there's an Sleague guide with tips, tricks, and hints before even considering getting Civ4.

Lessons learned from overenthusiasm looking forward to Civ3 ...

A radial engine is a conventional reciprocating engine like a straight-four or V12, where the pistons move up and down in a cylinder and are connected to a crank-shaft by con-rods. The aero-engine radials had their cylinders arranged in a circular fashion around the crank which rotated the propeller, and were air-cooled rather than water-cooled as in a conventional straight-four.

The W ankel or rotary engine is a radically different concept; the triangular-shaped 'piston' or rotor itself rotates in the 'cylinder' and translates power directly without the need for con-rods.

Well you did ask. I'll shut up now

Another link, posted by Mark G. in the same thread:

Gabung bersama DEPE4D situs Judi Online terpercaya di indonesia menyediakan sarana deposit pulsa dan e-money cukup 1 user id untuk semua permainan judi online.

            and a summary:

Barry Caudill's development diary details the Civ IV modding engine.

The World Builder is an easy-to-use, powerful map editor. During the game, players can add rivers, custom cities, and change civ details like techs researched, and peace/war status, for quick scenarios.

Python/XML support allows us to change game rules, add new units, change the cost of wonders, sounds, etc.

Skilled use of python allows changing game interface screens, and adding scripted events (reaching a certain tile as a trigger, bring back civil war civ II style, change how stacks attack, and even change how the AI reacts).

Let's just hope the timing belt stays tight and the spark plugs aren't too dirty!

A little news that everyone here will be interested in. The SDK will NOT be in the intitial release, and it is doubtful that the user interface will be included either. So bone up on your XML for early cIV editing.

Well regardless of what features Civ4 has, I guess the Civ4 release date will be a good deadline to try to beat for current scenario releases.

The world builder is included though is my understanding

                      Long live civ II!!!

anyway, here it comes, #4. Let's all pause and give it a fair shot.

Then go back to playign and creating civ II forever.

                          Actually . . . . .

I've had a copy of Civ4 for some months now. Never bothered to load it up. Uses too much space to bother with and I could care less for flashy graphics that come at the expense of both ease-of-play and mod-ability.

I'll forego the usual diatribe about firaxis. After all, they DID decide to send me the damn thing.

I was on the list, too. But I never got as far as signing the disclaimer and sending it in. So I never did get my copy. I'll buy it for sure, but I'll bet that I'll be back fiddling with ToT scenarios in a month or so. After Civ3, I'm not really expecting a whole lot.

                              My thoughts exactly!

                              CIV4 does look very tasty.

But CIV2 will always be the game that defined me.

Exile, I saw your email on the address list and figured that you were busy testing it. Well, their batting average with SL denizens isn't high. Seems a few of us have extra drink coasters. I was also hoping for a game that would allow a single person, rather than a development team, to create a scenario on an average PC.
