          @Exile: G-R-E-A-T !
          I really love crusades age (I'm a pair of project in the 'box of dreams', me too), and looking to your civs, it sounds quite original respect to most of scenarios on the same theme. Could you give us any screenshot (or, waiting for Fairline, any more infos) ???

                          Since I've probably played every single available Crusades scenario, I would like to give a few tips[even thought I'm not a scen designer]:
                          -Eastern Europe should not be made safe to cross, you should fill it with fortified barbarian cities which should have unit production capabilities
                          -Try to depict the conuest of Asia Minor with at least some realism, and be sure to make the Turks strong enough to overrun the area, and that the Byzantine empire is in a sufficent military and political crisis[I STRONGLY recommend Heresson's Komnenai scenario, which is, in my opinion, the most detailed depiction of the Crusades, in spite of it being about the Empire].
                          -You would do well to take the biggest map that you can find, since Palestine is so small, and Asia Minor also needs some cities to be taken by the Turks
                          -What about Hungary & Poland[it still is wiser to retain the Italians]?

                            I'm agree; in these days I hope to play Komnenai (I only gave it a look, and looked good)

                            I'm agree: Palestine should be bigger (finally itr will be a CRUSADE scenario, right? )

                            -What about Hungary & Poland[it still is wiser to retain the Italians]?
                            Mmmh... this sound a bit 'nationalistic'
                            I admit I'm Italian, but with all the respect for Hungary and Poland, I think it could be pacific that 'italian' (difficult to use this term for 'age of crusade') contribute to crusades was larger than magyar-polish one. I think Exile will unify under 'Italian' civ the Sea Republic (even if they bloodly struggled each other), the Normans and others (like Tuscany and Lombards) who were part of HREmpire, but who fought against it, too, during the crusades.
                            It's difficult show a realistic picture of the political situations and conflicts during two centuries full of facts (1096-1291), so the sce-creator MUST do a choice, humble but necessary.
                            IMHO, Crusades' scenarios are quite all interesting because everyone ot thme gives a different picture ot that period.
                            Of course, someone gives more (historically) correct picture than another one, but at last, if a scenario is good, you can enjoy playing it too, even if there are some imperfect elements, right?
