Sorry for the delay, but I've just made a fair (a one hour +) try. I downloaded the utility and with my sloooowwww laptop it took forever to run it.

When I arrived at the key window (where I should load a .dat-file) I ran into trouble (don't have one!). Just PM:ed Dave and La Fayette about it.

If I don't have any replies by either one Monday morning, I promise to play my turn without the diplomacy thingie...

I don't think trying to host would change anything. IMO we had better try using Civ2dip if you don't mind.

Ok, but that's the problem you see...

My laptop can't handle whatever the program is called that is needed for Civdip to run properly. Also, when I finally got to open your offer, it consisted of exchanging maps only...
