My vote is B. Let's get some religion going plus we can leap ahead tech wise with oracle.

I'd prefer either of the religion approaches as it makes a HRule grab a lot easier, which will be key to growth with such a lack of resources and neighborly connections in the early game. Like I've said, +2 from a hammam isn't going to be enough for 30T+ of growth at these rates. We don't have enough neighbors and connections now (or anytime soon) to make Currency as powerful, further discounting the use of the Maths line for now, plus lacking ivory or war issues, Construction isn't so useful either. If we can pick up a religion on the way? Awesome.

I will vote when I see where is the bronze because it can have a big effect on plans. also in 10 turns while we are building our libraries any religion could be finished, and if polytheism is taken then it is very likely someone or the same civ will target monotheism (Org religion is a nice civic to have)

In my test game I went for Mathematics, mostly to get a higher value chopping and finish the library in port Boreas. In this game I rushed to get great scientists and build academies in both Aurora and the Capital. Normally I'd build one academy and settle the rest of the great scientists, but our capital unfortunately lacks commerce. For that matter I'd propose to eventually move our capital to Aurora, it's a 160 hammer investment but will pay off. The current cap may become a national epic city with her many food resources.
After the libraries we will continue to expand but at a slower rate as 2-2 pop from aurora and the cap will become scientist specialists.

a similar option is mys - poly - masonry - mono: this is a pretty sure shot for a religion when no one has yet founded polytheism.. (a chance at poly, a very good shot at mono)
    I vote for option C.

Then the discussion needs to start now.. otherwise it will not be finished in time..

The courses of TECH action are:

    A) * go mathematics and masonry to build hammams

    B) * perhaps there is the unexpected option to go Mysticism - Meditation - Priesthood (in total max 13 turns): to snatch away the ORACLE and it's free tech..

    C) * a similar option is mys - poly - masonry - mono: this is a pretty sure shot for a religion when no one has yet founded polytheism.. (a chance at poly, a very good shot at mono)

    D) * iron working

All this should be combined with stopping teching until libraries are finished.. (agree with Mz on this).

Yeah, after bronze working we will want to sit down and really evaluate what it is we want to do.

Our capital's border has popped, I made a ss from our land. Otherwise not much is happening, we started to hook up the gold, Bellerophon so far found only jungle SW from Inca.

It's expensive right now and fairly unnecessary. Swordsmen don't really hold up well against barb axes anyway. We don't want much down the tech tree presently either (eg MC). If we don't have copper (though tin was generally the limiting element, but I digress), we have the horse already in hand. No worries.

I wasn't clear enough. Rather than stopping with Bronze, why don't we push onto Iron Working? That way we leapfrog all the bronze-era weaponry.

You might be a little rusty on the tech tree

(and yes: rusty does fit nicely )

Do we have access to Iron? Why don't we simply skip Bronze altogether and rush for IW?

This turn was quite uneventful, fortifying, healing.. Belle continues to explore SW from Inca.

We are 4th in GNP now which tells us that there are more civs focusing on science, this makes it uncertain that we could grab the religion from Code of laws or the very least philosophy.
It's strange no one went for the early religions yet, it shows every civ thinks the same way(no one wants to take the risk and if they do they would probably target monoteism as well)

I'm a bit unsure what science path we should take, but I think after bronze working we shall cease research for about 5 turns, until both libraries are finished, so we can get a good boost.

From this turn we can see Inca's graphs, we are ahead of them in every important category.

Weird they still haven't founded religion..

After bronze we should asses the situation:
    * go mathematics (we need masonry to build hammams)

    * perhaps there is the unexpected option to go Mysticism - Meditation - Priesthood (in total max 13 turns): to snatch away the ORACLE and it's free tech..

    * a similar option is mys - poly - masonry - mono: this is a pretty sure shot for a religion when no one has yet founded polytheism.. (a chance at poly, a very good shot at mono)

Don't forget to add a city for metal hook ups and if we don't find bronze near us we will have to prioritize iron working.
