That will be best. And then, just dont forget to install the things in the correct order -

Civ4 vanilla -> BTS from the disk -> BTS 3.19 patch

and just then to launch the game.

Do we have permanent players now for India & Mongolia?

We have worried a lot about India and Mongolia in recent weeks, but nothing has been said about the Mali. They are much worse off imho. Not only are they dead last in score (by a good margin), but it looks like they have been missing most of their turns. Based on my count the Mali have played 11 of the last 50 turns. Something needs to be done.

I've had a fair number of diplo exchanges with the Mali.
I think they play their turns once in a while. I do not plan to expand to the west of Africa anyway so they can just follow their own pace.

For some reason when I go to see sent pms, none show up.

How do I find them?

you have to check a box to let them be saved.. I hate this feature btw.. I always forget to check that box, saving should be default.

Or you can go in your control panel and find the thick which says "leave e copy of sent PMs" or something like that.

Maybe RP can make this to be the default.
