Grunt!
I understand Neander is at war now. Just so you know I am quite ill and having to work on a deadline project. I can play my turns and just keep up with PM's. I skim the threads but probably miss a lot. A shame as Neander has good diplo score and lack of posting now threatens
I will try to post quick headline news but please see lack of posting as not lack of spirit. This is a great and interesting game.
double grunt..

Aztecs: do you have the governor button for prevent growth clicked by accident? Dunno if that would work like that, but it's the only thing I can think of.

Currently Russia is at war with Neandor, France, Vikings and India plus Turkey are at war with Neandor plus England are at war with France. The turn order is set as follows:
Neandor, Vikings, India and England move in the beginning of the timer;
Then Russia and Turkey
And then France
Sorry for the inconvenience of the complicated turn order when it comes to Russia.

Hah! She already have a very important role - she is feeding the whole Catherine's headquarter. We, the Slavs have a saying - "The food makes the mood"
(Quite loose translation in order to keep the rhyme)
Maybe you are not running, but you do have other mods installed?

PS. I would like to see if you can invent a role for the nanny during the Russian Revolution

Mods are not running except of course DoE..

Or whip one population - usually it must say "growth" instead of "growing 1 turn"

Do you have any installed mods?
I see a lot of times when someone joins that the game says that the player have different version of some files and we must check if its trusted player.
Try this - remove some of the citizens that the city starts to lose food and once it is down a bit and then let it grow again.

@Israel. Thanks, but I did feel bad spoiling what was such a clever and well designed story line, but sounds like it has spawned its own ongoing story anyways. That initial Israeli back-stab by building a holy city in right on its friend's border, runs and runs. :-)

Aaahhhh... You are only pretending to be mad at Natasha, arent you?
And who can judge you - she is extraordinary woman and a such a fabulous combination.
But wait to meet Catherine in person
