I am sure there must be something amiss with the server as I have been trying to play my Turn for a fair few hours now and just get this 'connected to server' hang. It ain't my ISP so whatever it is must be at Cyber's end.

I think pausing is always preferable to double-moves particularly when it wasn't the person's fault.
