If Rome fails to play his turn next turn, the rules say that a sub must be looked for. I will therefore pause the game after next turn if Rome did indeed not show up.
This is what the rules say:
If a civ won't be played for 10 turns in a row or 20 out of 25 turns, a a perm sub will be looked for. Civs like this won't be annihilated.
I will first contact Ozzy and ask him to sub for Rome.
I hope that Rome will show up though.
I am trying my very best to contact him, but so far I failed.
I have good hopes to contact him anyway so the subbing will be temporary, I think. But it's better for Rome if someone subs for the time till real Rome is back again.Formerly known as "CyberShy"

I have been in contact today with Rome, he has some issues and can for now not play.
