Suryavarman 1 did not choose 11 Horse Archers.

His aim was to improve international relations and review the current Khmer Policies.

Suryavarman 1 chose for his quest an increase in food production for all 11 of the Khmer cities.

11 new units would have been an unnecessary burden on the economy and such units or better could be quickly trained in the event of dispute.

Suryavarman 1 urges all nations of Meduian to resist war and work through grievances and disputes through diplomacy and call on friendly neighbours to help.

Further afield he quickly announced that open borders was now possible with any civilisation and would not be restricted by ancient Khmer policies.

We propose to you an annexation of Iron Maiden. the Celtic borders continue to expand and our people frequently visit the city as a tourist destination. We still do not understand why you decided to squeeze the city where it was. It would have made more sense to settle northeast of the current location and still be able to fish.

With the help of the koreans the purge of Oldonia Central was completed easily. The Islamics were rounded up and put before the courts.

The ring leaders were sentenced to death with long prison terms for the rest.

Big Kev was anointed king of the oldonian realm and then headed east to clear the remaining fubdamentalists.

The barbaric islamics were on the run and heading towards Wyandot terroitory.

Big Kev swore to clear Oldonia and what they Wyandots did with the Islamics was upto them

We are confused, and our advisors are getting angry, at your failure to complete your half of our agreements. We have handed over to you our settlers and have received nothing, and no communication.

Is there a ruler of the Rus? Or are the Rus a barbarian nation? Our borders to North, South, and West are secure with reliable deeds with honourable nations but the mountains to our East seem only to be full of chaotic, barely civilised Rus tribes without leadership who seem to hold deals in little account.

Our historians tell us of difficult times between the Roman nation and the Rus tribes in the past, and that our east border has always been fragile.

As our Romans neighbors Portugal is very concerned and displeased with the Russ from the South East.

Portugal has had a long understanding with the Russ about land ownership. Without any notice and attempt to ask for, the Russ merchants from the south have settled on our side of the great bay. They have settled east from our borders, a frozen waste land which hasn’t been settled yet due to the harsh environment. Nevertheless this is our land and has been since the beginning of time. The land has been agreed to be Portugal’s when both nations were dividing lands between themselves long time ago.

This is very alarming and insulting in the same time.

Marco asks the Russ to explain themselves and their taking without asking Portuguese land? Now that all nations have a copy of the world map, anyone can see the clear violation of your actions. This land is not yours to settle, if you wish to stay there you need to give us something in return.

And when has Portugal said that New Portugal is ours? We have claimed only the land below our settlements, which has been recognized by the major powers. So please catch up with foreign developments first before coming out and shooting blanks!

It is clear that your country has something against us; your dual politics are famous in the east. I suggest next time at least find some arguments that make sense.

Curious to know what part of me saying that we had a border deal with the Russian you didn’t understand?

A new age has come to Japan. For so long the barbaric
laws that have caused Japan to be viewed as a country
that wanted nothing but blood. This was not they way
the younger generation wanted Japan to be viewed as
so they organized a nation wide revolt. Itoku wanted
his people to be happy so he and the Imperial Court
changed the legal system used by Japan. Clearly the old
barbarian laws were not working so itoku decided to
use a new system taught to Japan from the Romans. So
the new system of Bureaucracy was established as a
way yo please the younger generation.

Japan has never viewed Portugal or Sparta as "top powers". We have always Though of the two as friends. In my opinion spliting the world between top powers and lower powers will bring a great divide which will end up in the largest war ever seen. I hope that day never comes but I fear this is where the world is heading.
