The Wedding Ceremony

It was a lovely day in the Golden palace of Korecom for the perfect Wedding. It was a mild day perfect for indoor activities. The forcast was for fine weather, so when everything was finished there would be lovely weather for the activities. Before the event took place we were able to show off to the Spainish and Portuguese public the meany things that were happening at the wedding. We showed off all the wedding clothes that the Bridal party were going to use.
Here is the dress itself. This is a beautiful display of diamonds courtesy of the Stincan nation since we have trade with them for our fine furs for their precious stones.

Here is the pen that we used to make the ceremony official and signify our love. As a gift for Chief Tarhe for being the best man, he will get to keep it for whatever use he wants. Again the Spainish Artisans used Stincan gems for this masterpiece. There are well over 850 individual gemstones in this pen.


Here is the purse that I wore on the big occasion.


Here is are the wedding rings and the engagement ring that are now on our fingers. The top ring is for Prince Marco and the one in the middle is my ring and the bottom ring is the engagement ring that Marco proposed to me.


This display generated lots of publicity back in my country and in Portugal and it was a money raising opportunity for the poor peoples in our country.

Now since we are leaders of two great nations, we were able to give gifts to the leaders and there wives gifts for coming to our wedding.
For the ladies they received a diamond encrusted purse.

For the men they got a very nice pair of shoes.

and a nice bottle of Tequila. They got to choose from three distinct styles.


The actual ceremony was wonderful. We had a wonderful orchestra play to the crowd to get them into the mood. But while I was walking down the Aisle, I was serenaded by a solo harp playing this beautiful melody.

For the reception we only hdad the finest cuts of meat and we had a treat for everyone at the dinner for desert we all had a Golden Opulence Sundae for all.


We certainly happy that we had representatives from Celtia, Rome and of Course Natives. We are glad that you were able to come and have a good time. I would like hear from you what you thought of the whole ceremony. For those who did not attend, you missed out on a very special occasion.

Annei was sitting in his cambers looking over some
reports. Kazumasa walked in and sat in front of him.
My lord I have come to give you two options, said
Kazumasa. Annei looked up at him and asked what he
wanted. My lord I will not allow you to go to the
Barbarian Island like in your state of mind. You are
inexperienced in battle and would not last long. So
these are the options I give you. You and either send
me in your place or I will take your place by force. What
is your choice?


Annei broke out in laughter. Hahaha What makes you
think first off that I would not last long, secondly who
are you to give me ultimatums, and lastly what makes
you think you could beat me in a fight? Ok don’t answer
that instead I have a better idea. We will have a
friendly fight using wooden practice swords. If you beat
me I will admit I am not fit to fight and I will allow you to
Lead the assault, but if you loss I will go and you will
not try to stop me again. Is this a deal? Kazumasa
thought about it for a second then answered, Yes, I
will do it but I want to do it in front of the Imperial
courtyard with all the generals present. Annei smiled
and said, Agreed make ready we will do this in 30
minutes.



The two walked into the courtyard with all the generals
watching. One of the generals walked to the middle of
the yard and told everyone the rules. This will be a
one on one fight. It will continue until one of them can
no longer fight or one of them surrenders. That is all.
FIGHT!!! Annei stood in place as Kazumasa charged
him. Kazumasa swung his sword time and time he could
not touch Annei. Kazumasa jumped away from Annei.
How am I not hitting him? He is just standing still there.
He looked around then he saw something on the
floor. He has been moving the entire time. His
movements were so fast I could not even see them.
Annei looked at Kazumasa with a smug grin on his face.
It’s my turn now, said Annei as he charged
forwards. Kazumasa just blinked for a moment and
Annei was gone. He looked around frantically truing to
find him. Then he looked down, and saw Annei was
about to strike. Kazumasa was just able to avoid
getting hit but only slightly.



Kazumasa tried to make sense of what was happening.
There was only one way anyone would be able to
moves that fast. He must have been a highly trained
ninja to show off this type of physical ability. But not all
could be ninja only those few born with these physical
gifts could be ninja. He knew Annei did not have the
physical gifts when he was born because if he did he
would have been trained as a ninja long ago. So he
asked Annei, Where did you learn to fight like this?




Annei then replied, If I were you I would pay more
attention to the fight at hand. I was going to prolong
this but I think I will finish this now. He ran towards
Kazumasa again but this time even faster. Thinking he
would show up in front of him again Kazumasa jumped
back. He looked but Annei was not where he thought
he would be. Instead he was right behind him and by
jumping back he had left himself open to attack. Annei
swung his sword strain down on Kazumasa with such
force when Kazumasa landed on the floor the impact
broke the stone floor and left a crater. Annei looked up
ant the stunned faces of the generals and said, If
there is no one else who wants to try and stop me then
take Kazumasa to the medical ninja then tell him to see
me when he is ready.

A band of Axemen after dispersing the scur of barbarians attempting to raid their land, noticed several people flying a purple banner with bat wings on it. The people had metallic decoration about their heads but did not appear hostile. Several of them streamed by including what seemed to be several famiies. As the axemen continued to watch, barbarians slaughtered several of the metalheads militants, but not the new settlers in their pilgrimage.

Suddenly, the metalhead families built their town directly on the border of Celtic lands. The citizens of Celtia were alarmed. Although the metalheads did not look hostile, they had managed to defeat a band of barbarians.

Wanting further information, the foreign relations advisors of Celtia went to the new settlement of Iron Maiden.

"Citizens of Iron Maiden, we must speak to your leaders. We ask for an audience with James Del Rio."

""I'm sorry but he is not here. However, I am the leader of the settlement of Iron Maiden. Allow me to introduce myself, Bruce Dickinson."

"We sense that your citizens are friendly, but we must question building Iron maiden so close to our borders. We can quite literally exit this building and piss into our lands. Not that we would piss on the great land of Celtia."

"Fear not neighbors. We are here for the excellent fishing opportunity. Once we harvest these great fish in the lake, perhaps we can establish a trade."

"We believe that would be most gracious of you. We do like the decor you've used for your city buildings. With our harvest festival to start in the near future, we believe the bat wings and devil horns would truly enhance our atmosphere."

"And we see that you have strong and benevolent leaders, rarely utilizing slavery to obtain your goals. Your people are happy and eager to please the king. Show us your secrets in providing strong leaders and we will show you how to adorn your buildings."

"That is a rockin' deal!"

Annei was visiting Osaka. He along with the current
shogun were Taking in the sights. I was the favorite
place of Annei’s deceased wife Inahime. As Annei and
Yoshikazu walked through the beautiful jungle a scout
came running. The scout was barely able to breath as
he tried to form the words in his mouth. The scout
frantically pointed towards the mountains till he was
able to talk.


My…my…my… my lord, the Takeda are here!!! The
Takeda forces have been seen on the hilltops near
Osaka. They look ready to come down and attack.
Those basterds, said Annei. How long till they arrive?
Not long my lord. By our accounts we have one
day maybe two before they come. We cannot send for
help because our only troops over here are both too far
and are not strong enough to do much against the
Takeda, said the scout.


Annei walked back and forth slowly trying to think to
himself. We cannot send for help for it would take too
long. The Spartan Phalanxes were guarding the city but
so far they have not been seen. It was unknown were
they were but that was of little consequence now.
He tuned to the two and said, As of right now there is
nothing we can do but try to help filter out all the
women and children from the city. We will leave a few to
make it look like we do not know they are coming.
Maybe this will make them stay put at least until we can
get troops over. If not then we will stay and fight for as
long as we can to allow our people a chance to escape.
They all ran back quickly to prepare for the on
coming Takeda assault.

Osaka was on the mainland above th land bridge. It was razed and our enperor along with all of his top generals and the shogun were all killed.

Alcetas received a letter from Japan
While reading it he became angered.

"Send all phalanxes we can miss to the north! We must recapture Osaka from the Barbarians! We will not let these barbarians get way with this!"

Alcetas was grieved and felt guilty. For many many years Spartan Phalanxes had guarded Osaka, only a few years ago he had called the Phalanxes home to cut expenses. Apparently the barbarians had immediately invaded Osaka after the Spartan protection force had left.

"We will retake it for the Japanese people!" Alcetas vowed. Then he called the leaders of of units and discussed with them if there were more allies that need Spartan protection against barbarians.

Meeting

Asiz saw new delegates arriving at the city of Meeting and felt glad about the success of the event.

"Portuguese delegates, i am very proud to see you here. This should show to all what the power of good will can do if only we give it a chance. I rejoice beyond words at the sight of yesterday's ennemy coming to this table for civilized discussions. Please, have a seat.

We were discussing the trade opportunities we may all get here, when the Spartan ambassador intervened to ask about the trustworthyness of the words spoken here. You are welcome to express any doubts that may remain about the usefulness of this meeting. I don't want anybody to feel unsafe or fooled in here."

Japan was in mourning. First the barbarians razed
Manila killing thousands of innocent citizens. Now they
again attack a Japanese city, this time it was Osaka and
thought at least the innocent were saved Japan Has
lost its Emperor, Shogun, and all but two generals were
killed. With Kazumasa still hospitalized from his fight
with Annei, the burden of protecting Japan fell on the
shoulders of Hanzo.


He sent a letter to the Greeks:

To: Alcetas, King of Sparta

It is with a saddened heart that I must inform you of
the death of our lord. There is no longer a need to go to
Osaka for it was completely burned to the ground. Our
scouts found the body of our emperor along with the
other generals; we just cannot find their heads. Those
motherless dogs took their heads and dishonored the
bodies. We have also noted that they had help from
more then just the rebel Takeda. Once we find out
whom it was we ask your help in making them pay for
what they have done to our lord.



General Hanzo Hattori

Fearing that the next target of the Barbarians would be
Annei’s young son Itoku, Hanzo sent the boy off to live
with the Fuma clan who lived deep in the Kai jungles
where it would be safe. He then continued with Annei
original plan with a few small changes. Japan was not
going to settle the mainland any longer. Wanting to
settle the mainland has cost the lives of two great
emperors and thousands of innocent people. His first
priorities were Japan and the Barbarian Island. Troops
were to be sent soon to clear out the Barbarian Island
so that Japan could settle it. He had already renamed
the Island Ansuji to honor the Emperors of the past.



Next he ordered that the settler who were to go to
build over the ruins of Manila to be sent to the center of
Japan. There was enough gold there to fund Japan for
an all out war against anyone. He knew that the
barbarians had gotten more help other then that of the
Takeda. It couldn’t have been anyone Japan has
already met for Japan was at peace with everyone. It
had to be a much more powerful country who was
dishonorable and deceptive. Someone who pretended
to be friends yet plotted their down fall. Hanzo had a
suspicion of which country it might have been but said
nothing. Instead he sent ninja scouts to find out the
truth. May God have mercy for Japan Will not have any
for the ones responsible for the Emperor’s death.

Gardens? What's so special about the gardens at Muscowy?


-Well, first of all, they are HUGE! The entire hill the city stands on is terraced into the most elaborate layered gardens, with fountains, artificial waterfalls, trees, bushes and shrubberies.

Shrubberies? Bring me a shrubbery! I want to see for myself what big fuss is about.

-I don't think you understand, mylord. It is not the individual parts of themselves, but the sum of the whole. It must be witnessed in its completeness. The only way to understand is to go there and see it. This great work has so inspired our people that all across our lands they are building little parks and gardens. And people seem healthier for it. Additionally this has coincided with a massive population boom. It seems all these secluded parks and gardens have encouraged certain domestic recreation. I think every Rus woman had a child this year. The Eastern Star of Novgorod is rising mylord.

-Very well. Be makink sure that all leaders at meeting are invited to come witness great work of Rus. It is time we established ourselves as respectable peoples.
