I've been favouring a trade-ban with the Inca for about 2 months already, but the 8-civ continent civs are apparently not willing to cooperate.

Yeah, not following the tech trade rules is pretty major. We are talking thousands of free beakers.

I do not believe that Inca have traded more than 15 times yet, from what i have been following he should be around 6-7 vouchers left. Still you guys are right, we should talk to him and make sure he follows the rules.

Now i tried talking to him ones in another game concerning our diplo game. He seems more of the silent kind players. We have been going on with like this now what 6-7 months.

I say lets send him in game messages, just asking him to post his trade and count and beware that he doesn't trades more than 15 techs.

If he doesn't want to post stories that is his problem he will not receive story votes.
