Yeah vouchers are for GIVEN techs. If they were for getting techs there is definitely a way to abuse that system.

The first post of this thread clearly spells everything out.

Only techs and vouchers YOU trade away must be declared, as well as your updated "vouchers remaining" count.

Only in the case of trading a voucher must you state who it went to (in order to verify current tallies).


EXAMPLE: Iraq has 10 vouchers and Iran has 10 vouchers. Iraq trades 100 gold, silk, and horseback riding to Iran for 2 vouchers.

Iraq would post: Traded one tech, 11 remaining.

Iran would post: Traded two vouchers to Iraq, 8 remaining.




Actually stating what tech was traded was debated and there is no practical reason to name the tech that was traded. This is the only change from the original instructions from the first post of this thread.
