        • If Portugal lost to the Romans weak unit I wonder how they would fair against my own forces. I guess I’ll never know since no one wants to fight me and I wont fight any civ with only one city. Maybe one day someone will give me a challenge. Maybe the Mayans will grow a pair and come after me so I can enslave their people. I dough it since I know how much he fears me.

          • It was jsut bad luck nothing to do with training or miltiary strategy. Attacking at 99% is well advised.

            • That is very interesting. I just hope no one tries to fight Japan. From what I’ve read he is an evil sadistic leader. I’d hate to fight a guy like that.

                      • I must say Japan, your internal conflicts are awe inspireing.

My leaders pretty much just dance around fires all night smoking grass and plotting against the Coreans.

                        • has anybody heard from the HRE, will they ever make one post?

now theres a rule we need to put into DIPLO, a minimum posting of stories....

                          Comment

                          • did we ever end up agreeing on a scroing system for DIPLO games. most of the ones i seen by ozzy include too much ingame stuff that any leading civs will get al lthose points and the civs who are doiing the most DIPLO stuff dont get any where near the same reward.

Basically ozzys system still encorages people to play as if it a normal Civ MP game.

if you want a winner then we need to place more emphasis on the DIPLO side of things. the ROle Playing the stories the interactions etc. not points for Space flight, certain Techs getting first etc.

                            Just my .02c worth

might be just me and capo in next game

not reckognizing the brilliant Roman military strategy behind the humiliating lose of the portugese axeman is clearly a shame : shame:

You lean to much on the numbers! That 99% win chance was based on much alcohol and self-confidence. My defending warrior had a 99,5% win chance. We never had any doubt that the Romans with their drunk soldiers could take our city.
