Note that me or whoever hosts MUST SET THE ANON PLAY CHECKBOX under "Multiplayer" settings BEFORE others join.

Even then you must join with anon Lobby logins as I said above.

Plus, the host needs to check "Choose religions" and "No tech brokering" and uncheck time wins I think. It looks like ozzy has preset Marathon speed.
