Two good games were played yesterday. The 2nd especially hurtful for me after the evil one decided to backstab my poor civ. No where to hide from the invading hordes of frank, still my germans are running as hard as they can in hope to find some cover. A very sad day indeed for the german olympians!

Also are we having an aussie game after the diplo session? That would be nice if the four of us can get together again for a game. I'm free for a game tonight after diplo! Trev said he is too, so just need deity and frank to confirm.

A good session today, game progressed well, trev despite a low tech rate was first to the new world due to prioritizing astronomy heavily and has quickly claimed the major part of it for himself and found the GDP has suffered badly with science at 20% and losing money. Toni, the most advanced player also moved there and settled at least 3 cities. Toni is top in score and trev remains bottom, but as his new cities grow that should change as long as he can get his economy going again. Frank has been unusually quiet with no assaults on anyone yet. The game will be set for an interesting finish if Toni can be brought to heel by some warmonger.

Yeah, very frustrating game this for me and first time I tried Exp/Ind - I miss the Fin trait but in the long run I should capitalise on cottages. Struggling to beat Vile in 3rd place out of 6 players. I have a great cap but most other cities suffer from deserts or tundra. I moved too slowly on the New World - Toni might leave a spot for one city not far from my main civ buty I won't blame him if he settles it first.

BTW Frank is leading I think?

C'mon Toni, there's some truth to what they say. You whined your way to an old world empire thats almost as big as mine, if you don't count my artic colonies. We both have 6 core cities in the old world. Now I hear you have the entire new world. Really if this wasn't a diplo game the right course would be to take you out, but that's gotten a little old, so whatever. These guys asked for diplo.

If you say so frank, i only complained in the 1st 15 turns of this game and wanted an restart, then the whinning stopped when nobody gave me a restart. Then it was game on econ time. If that's whinning into becoming 2nd top civ interesting with that start, i may agree that deitys land is maybe worser then mine, but still he has some hammers to work with. And if u mean whinning like trying to secure myself from you yea why not i got like 7 hills in my whole civ compared to your infested hill civilization. So the only good play here is to talk people into not attacking me (I mean u) Hey i will not be mad if you decide to attack me after all i can't match you manufacture and i;m an easy target.

Hey guys, unlike you two I ended up alone in the Southern part of the 'African' continent. At first I thought this might be good, until my neighbour-Vile-got the Great Wall and sent all the Barbs my way . That made expansion very slow and difficult, and Vile exploited my weakness by securing the bulk of the mid-African landmass. If it wasn't for the presence of a large island off my South Coast, I would still only have 4 cities to this day!

I agree with you, after all I'm the biggest threat in every game lately Frank The backstabbing formula works best on Toni.
