Well, of course for a time there was one Orange who was leader of two countries. Wasn't that Orange William?
This leaderhead is clearly William the Silent, an earlier ruler.

"High Powered Artillery" is a lame name for a unit. Though I guess "Modern Armor" isn't any better.

There is a new way to win the game through religion and diplomacy.
There are on-map ocean trade routes that enhance the importance of your navy.
There is a reworked late-game technology tree.
There are colonies splitting from their motherland to form new civilizations.
For corporations I'd like to see the following to provide a modern use for the horse resource:
Purina Pet Food Co. : provides an extra luxury resource to cities with a majority middle/upper class with access to horse; provides an extra food resource to cities with a majority of lower class citizens with access to horse"Every time I have to make a tough decision, I ask myself, 'What would Tom Cruise do?' Alexander is right - Civ3 Dutch and Civ4 Dutch have different Willems, at least judging by their looks (it is also possible that Firaxis took the wrong picture for their Willem in Civ4 - we will only find out once we can check this in Civilopedia ).
Personally, I would have prefered Willem III, as he had more "regal" look tohim.
Any guesses on what their traits are going to be? I would like Willem to be Financial/Creative and Suleyman Industrious/Organized, personally (both great combos, that were removed in Warlords - originally they were held by Catherine and Napoleon, respectively). The problem with leadership is inevitably: Who will play God?
