I have no idea, but I do know when to ask. Check out this announcement made by TF on CFC. I apologize for the link to CFC, but I wasn't for sure if it was known here.

Unfortunately I am able to answer . Just to introduce myself, I'm a Staff Member on CFC and tend to lurk here at Poly a lot (primarily SPDG The Atlantians). I figure I already spend way too much time on CFC, so it's best to stick with just one site (plus, I think my wife would kill me if I spent as much time here as I do on CFC ).

Maybe we should compile a list of questions we have for Firaxis regarding the BtS xp. We know that Firaxians are reading this forum, maybe they'll reveal some info to us

So only post the biggest questions, not all questions (let's not overload them )

In order not to get Solver in to trouble due to specific comments, how about doing it this way? -

There will be new promotions for navel units, unless Solver posts anything to this tread within the next 6 hours. However if Solver does post here within the next 6 hours then there wont be new navel promotions.

He couldn't go to jail could he? Sued maybe, fired maybe, but jail? What law is this?

Well, he probably would not be jailed, but he would certainly be guilty of breach of contract - as would anyone else violating a non-disclosure agreement like that. That could result in a significant fine, which is enough anyway...
