    - farms with access to fresh water receive a +1 bonus to existing food production
Yes your hatred is unfounded, that's exactly how it's supposed to work. There's a number of omissions in the Civilopedia, I guess that's just another one of them.

I saw the AI often using a mix of units of several times. Especially units abroad, which are stationed or move regularly in territories outside of the cultural borders (but instead within the cultural borders of nations whith whom the AI has a defensive pact or which are a vassal to the AI) often don´t get their upgrades even if they are available), whereas units within the AI territory normally are up to date.

In my current game I attacked Brennus, which was the second largest nation (scorewise) (ant thirs largest in terms of power), had 3 vassals and (up to the time of my DOW) had open borders with me (so, many of his and his vassals troops were moving freely within my territory).
Some turns after the DOW suddenly a huge stacked appeared before the borders of a small town of mine at my northern border (although Brennus was southwards of me). Cannons mixed with knights and elephants.
It seems like Brennus had open borders with Saladin and some of his units were located within Saladin s territory (Saladin himself had a small, backwards nation and was rather harmless).

The 3 MG gunners and single tank within the city withstood all of the attacks with cannons. But they finally were weakened enough to get beaten by the knights and the elephants. Infact it was the second last unit within the stack (an elephant) which finally gained victory against the last defender of the city.
With a wall in place (50% def compared to the 20% the city had) the defenders might have thwarted all attacks, giving the reinforcements time to arrive (just one turn later and the city could have fielded three more tanks).

On his own territory Brennus was able to field everything up to cavalry (included), so he could have upgraded these knights and elephants.

This is no regular situation of course, but sometimes walls are ueful in modern times.

Wasn't vassals supposed to give in to ones demands or go to war? I have a vassal who ignores my demand, but he doesn't declear war and I can't stop the vassal agreement

          Don´t think so.
Vassals go to war when you go to war (and you are at war if someone declares war on your vassal).
But you cannot order the vassal to declare war independent of yourself.
The vassal diplomatic relations are wholesale dependent on your own diplomatic relations, he´s at peace with people you´re at peace with and at war with your enemies.

No, I ment that if I demanded them to give me something (gold, change of civic, etc) but they refuse, shouldn't that start a war between me (the master) and them (my vassal) ???

              Or the dreaded red tech.
Which is silly as far as I'm concerned. They're my vassal and if a tech is red and they won't give it to me, I should have the right to kick their ass until they do.

And when you highlight it and they say they won't consider it since you're their worst enemy. Thems fighting words. I just kicked your ass and I'll do it again.

                Oh yes, that´s really weird,
especially hearing my vasall Isabella saying "What does puny little Arcadia want from mighty spain?"
Where it was puny little arcadia that kicked her ass so that she surrendered and when it is puny little Arcadia that has more than twice the score and military power of mighty spain

                    Nice name.

Regarding the OP bug #2 is not true on my system at least.

Is it one of your own cities which you recaptured?
In this case maybe you cannot raze your own cities

Warlords has crashed to desktop twice, when I clicked "show grid" button on main map.

I think a settler unit was active on both occasions.

                                Unfortunately, not reproducable...

Windows error report was generated and sent.
