  • Waypoints are very useful in games with lots of units. Like MP games for instance.

    • Wayoints are in Civ, to an extent.

When you give the unit orders just hold down shift and keep giving it orders. So, to move in a circle, just select the points of the cirle while holding shift down.'

But it doesn't keep going. You would have to start over to make it circle again.

I'd love to see patrol back into the game, I used it quite a bit in SMAC. It would be great to be able to send my aircraft on a recon route that would give me some advance warning of enemy movements. It could come in habdy for ships as well.

        • It might be a nice addition for some people, but I for one probably wouldn't use them.

          • Update: Added Inquistion to Wonders list.

Allows you to run theocracy stats on all civs with your faith, maybe?

            • So XP2 is confirmed in the works. We don't know what's in it though. What the main focus of the expansion is going to be is the big thing now.

              • Probably some of these points will be included, simply because of the vast number of them and that they are all simply obvious additions.

                  Damn.

I'm going to be cynical and suggest:

                  1) 2 new traits
                  2) As many new civs as are necessary to accommodate 2 new traits
                  3) 5 new scenarios!
                  4) Some random additions that don't make much of a change.

Stop leaving selections white if there's no chance to trade for it.

Demand the same from other AI's that you demand from the player.

Have a measure for what you are demanding from the player and try to understand that the player hates you too.

                                I give some more detail:

                                1) Seafaring (+1 ship movement, free combat 1 for ships, +50% production of Drydocks and harbors) and Agricultural (+1 food from farms, +25% production of Graneries)

                                2) Byzantines, Isreal, Babylon, Austians, Portugese, Maya, and Dutch.

                                3) Crusades scenario, World 1700 AD, Europe 1800 AD, Europe 1939 AD, and World 1946 AD.

                                4)?

I'll give some more detail to the scenarios.

Crusades: A map of from southern Asia Minor to northern Eygpt and most of Mesopotamia. The Crusaders start just having left Asia Minor laying siege begining their attacks on the various states in the holy land. Once Jerusalem is caughtit becomes the capital of the Crusader state. Soon the Arabs begin to unite (through scenario events and war). While the Arabs unite only afew crusades are sent to re-enforce the crusaders. Whoever holds Jerusalem at the end of the Eighth Crusade wins. You can play as the crusaders or arabs.

World 1700 AD: Most of the world is colonized (vassalized) by the Europeans. Slowly the colonies break away. Victory condition unknown.

Europe 1800 AD: Napoleon has taken power. He must work quick to conquer as many nations as he can before Britian has turned them against he. Napoleon begins at war with Portagul, Austria, and Britain with Spain on his side. You may play as Britain or France. Victoory is only achived with the capture of the enemies capital.

Europe 1939: World War II has srarted. I have no ideas for this scenario.

World 1946 AD: the Cold war. I have afew ideas for this. Religons are replaced with with governments. The Superpowers must work hard to stop the other government from spreading.
