As far as the Zulus and their Impis are concerned, I can't wait to pair them up with an attacking stack of chariots or horse archers before catapults hit the scene.

That combination will be very costly to stop. Hell, Impis will just swarm all over the place and cause mayhem...what a cool unit.

In defense they'll own chariot and horse archer rushes and be able to move quickly to threaten cities in support and chase after invading stacks and using roads over-take them with ease.

I think the Zulus will be a real favorite online...

Just because they are Zulus, they have a reputation to uphold.

Although my younger brother always thought Montezuma and Shaka were girls in Civ 3, and now that I look back at them...

Ok, I did think that the Zulus were going to be a weak civ but two changes - fractional maintenance costs and the chariot upgrade/axeman downgrade - make them look much better now.
