    • I think everyone that donated money for the yin-vel fund should get a part of the box that was eaten by yin.
(of course a part that was not eaten, obviously)

I want to have a piece of internet history

      • ok, so let's now extend the fund to finance the 26$ shipping costs so we euros can also get that cool pre-order bible-package

At $8.99, though, I still feel a bit cheated.
WHAT? You dare a Brad Wardell product?!? I'll have to--- I'll.... er..

Ok. Brad admits that the Political Machine was done "old school", and so was not properly up to snuff, unlike his other games and products.

On the plus side, Yin, you will (probably) qualify for the patch that cleans it up and updates it for the US presidential election of 2008.

I'm just irritated that I can't drop a serial number into Star Dock Central so that my SDC will pull down PM and keep me patched.

                • UPDATE

The total for the Yin-Vel was $133
The pre-orders have been made with a total cost of $94.88

The remaining amount will be used in upcoming contests

Once again our thanks to everyone for their participation in the process!

In regards to the Yin-Vel Fund Judging Committee (YVFJC) i would suggest the donators (minus Yin and Vel, e.g. Darkstar, Drakan and CyberShy) plus three people suggested by Yin and three people suggested by Vel.

We could also have public or closed session of the YVFJC on the irc channel and an announcing ceremony once the decision has been made. Yin and his cardbox would be of course present waiting for the decision

                  Thoughts? Suggestions?

                            • This hasn't been brought up before but are we going to let him "season" the box? Can he add ketchup or salt or whatever?
