I have given each team a corresponding famous NFL draft bust to go with it. There are twelve draft busts in total. I will PM the list of which draft bust corresponds to which owner to Berz and Snoopy. Then, someone other than Berz or Snoopy must list these NFL draft busts in any order they choose. Whoever's draft bust is at the top of the list gets to go first, and whoever's draft bust is at the bottom of the list goes last, etc.

Ok, I'm in, EPW can flip the switch now.
As far as settings, here's my proposal based on what's been mentioned. TEs are added to flex. QBs will get fewer points overall and deep passes are relatively rewarded more than dumpoffs (shaky on this one, but...). Return yards are nerfed as I mentioned before. Defensive players are bumped a bit, with an emphasis on plays that are more predictable (tackles) over plays that are more random (turnovers). If there are deep objections by this weekend then we can discuss it, otherwise we'll go with it.
