The fact that you play against punk ass little brats just makes it that much more satisfying to hunt them down and murder them. Why would you want to kill mature well adjusted adults?

The other reason I don't play CoD multiplayer is I don't like "competitive" shooting on consoles. To me, console gaming is about relaxation. If I'm playing competitively on any level with a shooter, it'll be done on the PC with the mouse and keyboard. The controller is to imprecise for me to get any enjoyment out of MP.

But CoD on the PC is infected with an insane amount of cheaters, so I'm not bothering there either.

Not scared of anything. It's a matter of balancing my free time with other games I have to play. Considering I'm already bored of the COD game mechanics (can't bring myself to play any more special ops even though they were kinda fun), I've decided to move on to other games. Forza is next on my list for the 360.

I bought a ton of games recently for the PC (Steam sales FTW) also. Just too many games to play, not enough time. The CoD MP experience I've had in the past was so terrible that I don't ever want to repeat it. And it has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with the people you have to play against.

I'm starting a new MMORPG (well, the beta) in a few days also. That's a timesuck.

Call me cynical but I think you don't play competitively because you aren't good enough to do so. You can prove me wrong if you like.

Of course. It was a predictable rebuttal from you, I was hoping you'd be more creative though.

Fact is, too many games, not enough time. COD:MW2 is the same game I've been playing for years, every year. It's not interesting enough to hold my interest in MP, on top of the fact that the people playing it are insufferable bigoted douchebags. Little interest.

I'm sorry that this shatters all of the hard work you've done leveling up your guy in CoD:MW2 so you could show him off to me.
