Dale, do a few experiments for me will ya?
1. Fly to the sun, what happens? Can you pass through it?
2. Fly to a gas giant planet, what happens? I am concerned that all planets are the same size..
3. How long does it take to go from one stage to another?
4. Tribe city's and civilization city's seem to be confined to a small circular area, can it be enlarged?be freeComment

1. & 2. Haven't got to space yet. Only just hit Civilization.
3. A few hours, but I guess it could take less if you did it fast. I think it'll pay to "hang around" to get more bits for your creatures.
4. No. You get a certain number of building slots. You can't build all buildings.Comment

Jon, the graph images above give away a few clues.
Seems you can make your creature a herbivore, omnivore or carnivore, and the next stage offers other options.
So it all depends on how you play, do you eat plants, eat meat or both? And I suppose that would cause an effect on the next option. Perhaps if you are a carnivore, it will be easier to take the predator path next. I'm just guessing from the images here.
