The game was notoriously buggy, but the revamped version they have recently released got pretty good reviews. I certainly plan to play it when I get chance, and I'm pretty picky.Comment

I played it when it came out, and did not have any serious bug problems (played extensively both on my older AMD X2 desktop, and my GF's MBP in XP). It was a lot of fun, quite a different RPG but enough traditional elements to be easily playable (familiar). The setting is incredible.
I'm fairly sure the folks at CD Projekt inserted an Asher-sensing procedure to cause random CTDs just to annoy him. Either that or they had an anti-Russian Gay Porn mechanism...
