    Name the game: Part 13

    Game rules:
    - If you guess a game correctly you provide the next game.
    - Please check the list below before doing so.
    - Games are not allowed to be newer than 1999, but anything before that is allowed.
    - Usually a good clue is to write information about which computer you played it on. Also the time period and genre can be narrowed down.
    - Use vague clues at first and if nobody can guess, write progressively more useful clues later.
    - Shotgunning is not allowed. 1 guess is your limit until you are told it is incorrect.
    - The answer is not Grim Fandango, except when it is.
    - Googling invalidates your guess, and should be declared if used as a last resort in a difficult game.

            who in the hell was alive in the mid 90's?

            can anyone guess the game in my avatar, that is the question. actually I've revealed it a couple of times, so it's probably not that hard to figure out.
