With these kind of hyper-generic hints it's hard to come up with guesses that go even close. Late 80s and arcade "styled" game which was fun in someone's opinion -- essentially this game is spam-guessing sequels FTW right now.
I'm presuming the ambiguous wording created by the invididual word "styled" was done on purpose, so I'll go with a game which was kinda arcade and kinda 80s: Turtles II by Konami.Comment
