                • Greedy Opportunist or Gullible Fool?

The social outcasts seemed doomed, but then greedy opportunist Mr. Y made a business proposal that the two could not reject. He offered to become the owner of 40% of shares in their joint venture company which they would conveniently name New Tripartite Pact Inc. Then he assessed the risks and benefits and named the target for the allies: Min Grah.

Through his study of the Sacred Scrolls Mr. Y has unlocked the secret of the real ultimate power. There are few basic rules that define it:

                  1) Keep your friends close, but your enemies even closer.
                  2) Always attack the juiciest target, but only if you can take it out.
                  3) Always ally when attacking powerful opponents to avoid losses.
                  4) Try to be unpredictable, but not at the expense of your best OoB.
                  5) Know that when you are in the last three with joncha and Jaguar, it is you who is going to be attacked.

Mr. Y, Ken Banobi and Kit Chuss attack! Min Grah

                  Mr. Y: 14LT, 9FT, 15TT, 5LD, 1FD, 1TD, 4LB, 2FB, 2FF, OoB: FLL-TTF, close in, spread out, fight to the death
Ken Banobi: 5LD, 12LB, 31LF, 18FF, 1TF, OoB: FLL-TTF, close in, spread out, fight to the death
                  Kit Chuss: 5LT, 12FT, 26TT, 9LD, 1TD, 5LB, 1FB, 2TB, 1FF, 1TF, OoB: FLL-TTF, close in, spread out, fight to the death
                  Allied total: 19 LT, 21FT, 41TT, 19LD, 1FD, 2TD, 21LB, 3FB, 2TB, 31LF, 21FF, 2TF, OoB: FLL-TTF, close in, spread out, fight to the death
Min Grah: 1LT, 15FT, 27TT, 1TF, OoB: LFF-MTT (LFF ???!!! wtf?!), back off, spread out

The superiority of the allies is crushing. Furthermore, their order of battle is much better tuned for the encounter than that of Min Grah's. Still, Grah was serene. He expected aid from his ally Lord Vetko.

But to his horror he learned that Vetko's fleet was not on its way to help him by means of allied defence as a spy sent by Mr. Y made sure they remained at the space dock. Furthermore, his own commanders informed him that his own fleet which was prepared to assist Lord Vetko in case of attack was also sabotaged and prevented from entering hyperspace by a spy sent by Kit Chuss.

So, Min Grah had to face the onslaught alone. Due to his misfitted OoB, his fleet is destroyed in the first three rounds of combat and his 19 bases are occupied by the allies. Min Grah is eliminated and the allies split the bases like this:

                  7 bases for Mr. Y
                  6 bases for Ken Banobi
                  6 bases for Kit Chuss

                            • Ah well, I knew if Jonny was going to do the moronic thing and join with the pact of Satan then whatever my OOB was I'd be dead. C'est la vie.

I'll take 1 on Kan Banobi at 10:1, 2.2 on Lord Vetko at 4:1 and 7 on Mr Y at 5:2. So long as joncha loses, I get a profit regardless.

Unfortunatly, there's no way joncha can lose now.

                                I agree. That's why I put 100 € on joncha.
