I can never get my probes to get any useful intelligence. What do I need to get, more espionage tech?

Ive got about 5 esp tech and I can get most inactive scans with 1 probe. Even when I have accidentaly scanned some of the big boys my single probe hasnt been blown up, but I knew they were big because they had a few% counter espionage . Its only when I try to send multiple probes to great juicy targets that I find they have high enough counter espionage to blow me awaySafer worlds through superior firepower

Well, I'll get better espionage then - though I guess I have to wait 11 hours for my impulse research to be done.

or more probes. If counterespionage is 0, you can send out savely 2 more in the pack. Repeat untill done, or espionage starts to rise.Originally posted by Cyclotron

Shiznat, I can't get through, even with 5 probes. If anyone has an espionage level higher than 4 (yes, laugh at me):

So juicy

Notes on vacation mode:
You have to turn it off when you come back. It is a minimum 48 hour deal.
You cannot be building anything or have any active fleets when you turn it on (freaking important).
Lastly, when you return, you will have to manually turn back on production at each of your planets in each category since it looks like the software sets all your production to 0%.
BTW I'm back, but still not doing much raiding due to time contraints. We're sorry, the voices in my head are not available at this time. Please try back again soon.

Heah, how can one kill my probe each time I try to probe him if he only has 7% counter espionage chance.
Where is the trick??-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.
