      Well, Etymotib has been around less than a day and already someone is attacking it (for the minimal resources I transported to it to aid construction of its infrastructure). I probed the origin of the 15 light fighter fleet and this guy is just begging for me to raid him. Since I don't do that, here's his stats for one else's target practice.

        Wait, am I forgetting or missing something? Attacking a planet doesn't destroy any buildings, just defenses and orbiting ships right? This guy is coming at me with 15 light fighters, totalling 750 cargo spaces, and no freighters. What is he doing?

          Fleetsave so he doesn't get anything. Better yet, build up defences with those resources instead and kylle him a bit.

            Unfortunately, this colony doesn't have any defenses nor any ships to fleetsave with. It's brand-spanking-new, so I'm not worried about the 4k C that is vulnerable. Bah, I'll deal with it later. *shrugs*

            He's less than 3 minutes away anyhow. The ships I have at Etymotia would never make it, even when I first noticed him coming (50 minutes away).

              Hehe. When you put it that way, why bother defending it when he can't take much anyway?

              I couldn't do much by way of raiding yesterday due to work but today several of my cows have gotten a rather nice stash for me to steal. Thanks guys!

                      I may well do, just for fun, but would definitely prefer it if all his fighters were home when I attacked. The debris field might actually make the attack worthwhile - other than alliance vengeance of course.
                      He's very close to my home planet too.
                      But I need to use my battleships on someone too!

                          Well I've only got three at the moment.
                          But I'm building towards Droth!!

                          In fact, Atragon, I'd be tempted to abandon your home planet, and only build a couple of cargoes there to ferry freshly-produced resources away to your colonies (far enough away for Droth to have a huge job finding). Then build up and whack him! I'll help if I can assemble a decent fleet in time, and I'm sure other alliance members will too!
