How do you get the CEP heads in Folderol? I've got the cep, but the new heads don't show up on character creation.

I get the impression that the Eastoringling town isn't finished, which is why we can't get in. I remember when I first brought my low level cleric to that area, I didn't stay long.

Depends on your level. The orges were impossible for me at the time.
