I think you are right. Now I feel sorry about voting for poor innocent Adrian Hon, but what is done is done. It cannot be undone.
Either access to the codes through the archives or known the security code. Both could lead to Obi-Wan "Jon Miller" Kenobi, but a vote for him now is probably doomed to be wasted... Well, bug that! I vote for Obi-Wan.
