    and I'm just teasing about the other stuff. I think we're moving at a fine pace, considering 8 people have to do something inbetween every turn.

    We've had much slower races before.

            Not that it matters, I am fine with my placement, but wouldn't I have continued going straight (despite the sandbags slowing me down) until I had moved 7 spaces before turning? (that is what I intended, and even though I sent orders based upon my current position, it would be good to know if this is how it will be handled in the future....in which case I would have stayed straight, assuming that I would have hit sandbags).

            Either way it is all good

                Bad choice but not as bad as jeff as he takes the lead. It is clear under his car.
                Druggie does a little better and hits only 4. It is clear under his car.
                Note he never got to the L order so he is still heading NE
                Cowboy hit's five and there is sand under his car.
                Snoop tries to barrel through and hits only 4. It is clear under his car.

                John and Kass approach and hopefully have learned something. (besides sand trap
                alley is a pain in the ass.) If they do, they shouldn't fall farther behind and may
                be able to get back into it. There is a way through.

                And I am thrilled to see that none tried to put an A at the end of their turn.



                *************NEW RULE CHANGE************
                EFFECTIVE as soon as you pass the ====== at the END of sand trap alley.
                The extra speed generated from an S command (+1) can be used even if it exceeds
                your max speed. If it does exceed your max, your end speed will show as your
                normal max again and you not have to brake to start the next turn. If it
                doesn't exceed your max, it will be added to your end speed (just like it does now)
