Given we're still working out the kinks in the sandbags, I have no problem with Kassi using 4. I suggest removing that rule entirely - there's really not much of a reason to use 4 anyway offensively.

The rule sounded good at the time.
There was no real rational behind it.
It was quite arbitrary.
But since no one else has 4 left, it's quite moot for the remainder of this game. (unless someone pits. )
