All in. This is a simple round. Lots of rebuilding and lots of attacks on Ljube. Processing starting now.

Also, some spy games: Hercule's newly commissioned superspy was discovered to be a Spaced mole.

Outnumbered and outstrategized, things look bad for Ljube from the start as the bulk of Joncha's fleet comes knocking on his door.

Joncha's grand strategy slips up only once, but even so, his spread out fleet minimizes the damage from Ljube's torpedoes.

The third round, a fighter engagement, shows Ljube's forces wearing thin as his dreadnaughts take further damage.

[:) Smiley]

From there on things get worse.

[:) Smiley]

Ljube beams up to the S.S.S. Enterprise as his last ship is vaporized and his bases, including the one he'd just built, are overrun.

[:) Smiley]

Not long afterwards, Spaced Cowboy arrived in the area with a small fleet, but seing Joncha already there, turned back home.

[:) Smiley]

A minor clarification: If your offensive fleet gets attacked by another person, it will fight with your attack OoB unless otherwise specified.

Makes almost no difference in this battle, just for future reference.

And now, the final battle of this round: Sandman takes on Joncha's fleet, and almost immediately gets pasted as well.

The carnage continues with Joncha's lasers zapping Sandman's fighters.

Looks like Sandman's isn't doing much better than Ljube...

[:) Smiley]

And with that, Sandman was left where he was a few rounds back- crushed by an attack on a more powerful attacker, and left with three bases and no ships.

Joncha, by the way, you're very lucky that Spaced didn't decide to attack whoever was around- the two of you would have mutually destroyed each other in the first two rounds.

The current state of the galaxy... Fleet size is rising again, and for the first time, so is industrial output!
