  • Yeah, I played all those on my old computer which was a similiar build (Only it had less ram and a geforce 2 MX instead of a voodoo3) It would struggle with the highest settings on some of those games (such as Warcraft 3) but they where all playable without even resorting to minimum graphic settings.

I have no virus protection either, and haven't needed any for all 6 years. (And I use IE and W98 for god's sake! You would think I would have many viruses)

        • Well, I have a Mac, so I really don't need virus protection.

the game runs terrible on my computer with 512 megs of ram.

I think the problem is with a memory leak with the game though. because when I first load the game, it playes fine. But as I change areas more and more, the game gets slower and slower.

            • Yea that's a typical memory leak and the devs know it. It will be fixed, I am very sure. Meanwhile I just camp and reload every 4 or 5 zone switches, annoying as hell, but this way I can keep the slow down at bay.

                        • But WoW is such a good acronym, I mean WoW describes WoW so well.

                          • A fact that was not lost on Blizzard, I'm sure.

                            • A fact not lost on previous games producers, either.

(although it wasn't as appropriate in this case)
