Nope, I even recounted, after Skanky and rah it's 7-7. Joncha's dead.

Each person on the island added his vote, and Malcom tallied them. Several people were mysteriously absent, but it didn't matter, because Ross was in attendence via conference call. They figured he'd arranged the death, and promptly cut all phone lines to the mainland. *snip*

"Well, now that that's taken care of, why don't we get on to business?" asked Hammond. "Let's start the tour."

"Oh grandpa, can I go please?" begged Timmy. "I really want to see the dinosaurs!"

"Sure," said Hammond. "Why not? Lex can go too."

"Stupid kids, they'll get in the way," grumbled Grant, just as Lex muttered "but I don't want to see the dinosaurs."

"Now, now, Lex, don't you want to see the T-Rex?" asked Hammond as he firmly pushed her into the car driven by the park guide - Timmy had already climbed into the rear seat. Behind them followed another, automated car with Gennaro, Dr. Grant, and Guiterrez. Finally, the last car held Ian Malcom and a construction worker detailed to repair a section of the electical fence. As Dr. Satler climbed into the car, Malcom commented positively on her legs, earning a frown from Grant.

          ...

It was a two-day tour, so they had to camp out for a night on the road. During the night, Timmy said he had to go to the bathroom, and he never came back. That morning they found him next to the electrical fence, dead. Oddly, neither Lex nor Grant were particularly displeased - Grant thought Timmy had interrupted far too often while he was trying to listen to what they'd learned about the dinosaurs, and Lex thought it was Timmy's fault she was on the stupid trip anyway. "Serves him right," she said.

          ...

"How could this happen?" cried Hammond. "Not Timmy! Who would do such a thing? Someone would have to have deep convictions against the park to attack me like this."

"Let's look at the security camera footage," advised Arnold. "It's up this way." Arnold led them to the security room and got on the computer, typing in his password so fast that the others couldn't tell precisely if that was all he'd done. "Here's the footage from last night, around the time he got up... huh, it's blank, that's odd, it's completely blank. Well, I guess we can't tell from those," said Arnold a bit hastily.

The security guard on duty had a theory. "He could have simply wandered into the fence by accident. Someone would have had to turn off the park lights, though. Who would have access?" The guard seemed to suddenly realize that this could implicate him as well, and shut up promptly.

"We should vote again - whoever it was, it was a different person, because it was a different style of killing than the other," advised Malcom over the radio. "Chaos theory predicts multiple problems."

          ...

Gennaro was regretting the fact that they'd cut off the line with Ross. Ross didn't like the park, and any problems would please him. And of course it was Gennaro's job to please Ross, in the end.

The security Guard's theory is probably wrong, no one has that poor a night vision, plus in both the book and the movie Timmy was the little turd with the Night vision goggles wasn't he?

And on second thought, if he was using the night vision goggles then maybe his eyes were still acustomed to light... so I don't know.

Lots happened while I was out.

I vote for Ljube, since he escaped the gallows, and obviously we still have two mafia.
Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

Uh? Any adjustment would happen when changing from dark to light, but with NVG you are seeing light all the time. In day it's actual light, at night it's small amounts of light amplified to daytime intensity.

That was his point - from using the NVG's he couldn't see in the dark without them, cuz his eyes were accustomed to daylight levels.

However, it's a moot point, as there are no NVG's in the book

That doesn't meant he security guard's theory is wrong, though
