I'd rather just buy it, and avoid any problems that might arise from pirating it.
I think there wil be expansions, b/c that is the nature of the game, but There won't really be anything new. They've gone as far as magic, the only things that they really have left, are religion, drugs, getting sick, the handicapped, and more involved sex.

Why would they? Blue is actually proven to relax people, and thatreally, is all that would work, with the general attitude of the game.

During a conference call announcing its Q4 2003 earnings, Electronic Arts executives revealed that two of the publisher's most anticipated PC games, The Sims 2 and Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault, have been delayed. According to EA chief financial officer Warren Jenson, both games will not be out until the company's "fiscal year 2005, not until the second or third quarter." Seeing how calendar Q4 2003 was EA's financial third quarter of 2004, in layman's terms, the announcement means that neither game will hit the market until calendar July 2004...at the earliest.

He's already planning ways to free up his Sunday afternoons so he can play this.

I don't want to force my Sims to eat, sleep, learn and go to the bathroom according to a strict schedule! Working in a kindergarten provides me with more than enough of the same thing, only this time I can't lock them in a room and starve them until they die in a pool of their own vomit and excrement whenever they get too annoying!*

*At least, not unless I go and teach in China

Apparently they released a "Bodyshop" that allows you to make sims for the game. It's a 105mb download, though.

Ahh, great... I've only seen it at fileplanet, which has those giant lines... I just started downloading, and it should be finished in 12-14 minutes
