Maybe you should use an automated script sending it on a daily basis. For next week, I would suggest an hourly basis and for the week after every minute, maybe they will then react

IMO they don't care much about us, the only way to have an answer is to send them regularly a request until they get fed up with it and reply. Unfortunately my experience with companies and administrations taught me a mail (wether an electronic or a paper one) is not enough and that phone calls are often necessary (suppressing a mail is easier than getting rid off a polite customer asking news about his request).
