So there are now two ways. On the one hand you could send the letter per post, or bother again the the tech support guys and complain that they don't answer, and ask them nicely if they could contact the legal office for you. And I thought the legal department was the place best equipped to talk bullsh!t, but it looks now they are best equipped to talk nothing.
