      No it uses a new exe name called d_bug.exe or something similar.

        Well, that dll name looked like a VC++ dll name, so I was guessing that, since it was a debug version, it was trying to communicate with the VC++ dlls which handle debugging. I know nothing about how debugging really works, so don't put too much weight behind my words .

            CivCTP_dbg.exe yeah i know. Not having any luck though. After i replace the dll John mentioned this is the error im now getting.
