  • I notice my numbers (as miniscule as they were) have also been removed from the ladder. I assume it is due to being moved down to the bottom of the Diety level...which I also assume is a commentary on my abilities as a diety!!??

Is this the way it will stay? Just wonderin'.

I have left my employment, and I am hoping to be able to play more in spite of the job search. I am playing one only at the moment...who has any open time to take on another game?

            2 questions:

            1) What does rule 14 mean? It sounds like I cannot challenge any other Diety-ranked players, but that doesn't make sense of course...

            2) As I am listed twice on the Ladder, does that make me 2 times better than all of you, or only 1/2 as good?

            Just wonderin'...

              Of course you can challenge.

But only the 3 players just "above" you in the ladder HAVE to accecpt - or at least have a VERY good reason not to accept.

I do not have to accept a challenge from you - but I would .

Though not challengegames but only "for fun games", I have only received 2 turns from him the last 1½ monts - the latest back on the 20th June.

                      • update on the addled platypus/iDestroy game

iDestroy (that'd be me) has had a commanding lead since the beginning of the game. by turn 54 he had conquered platypus's capitol will soon put him out of his misery with a score of samurai's and a knight.

                          I accept !!!!!

With or without AI's?? If without, we could take 2 nations each just as I and Milamber choosed to do - giving you the green (normally one of the best starting positions) and the pink nations.

With or without Keygens PBEM mod lite (I prefer with - giving an accelerated start).

                          How about these settings:

                          Nation 1 (blue): TBM
                          Nation 2 (orange): TBM
                          Nation 3 (green): Cuaich
                          Nation 4 (pink): Cuaich

                          Skill level: Deity
Barbarian threat: Ruins only (no ruins, no barbarians)

                          Pollution: ON
                          Civilizations: 4

                          Scenario: PBEM Mod Lite (Keygens)

                          Special

                          No Ruins
No Wonders Allowed except EMANCIPATION ACT and WORMHOLE DETECTOR. We are not allowed to conquer a AI-city with wonders, but we may destroy it (just in case an AI-nation is formed by a human mistake (lack of money ).

                          Map

Sounds good to me TBM. Let's use the settings you have described, without AIs (2 Civs each).

Give me the Canadians (leader Bruce) and the Native Americans (Sitting Bull) for Civs please.

I have just returned to my apartment to send the Keygen Mod to my girlfriend's computer (where I will be spending the next week or so) so as soon as I get that mod installed I am ready to go.

It has been a long time since I used the Mod...will it screw up the game I am currently playing with The Happies (Turn 171) that did not use the Mod...as in, do I need a second install?

Good luck...I sort of mean that!!

You do not need to install Keygens mod. Only the one lauching the game needs it. Pls read Keygen's remarks on the mod carefully! before you play your 1st turn as some features (the supersettlers) looses their extra movementspoints after the first turn . Others after turn 5. I was aware of the time limitations on the early settlers, but thanks for pointing them out again...very "cricket" of you!

                                Best of luck!
