Just a few comments from me:

1. I think its great you've done this!
2. I vote to show all matches ever played in the thread, and to show everyone that has ever played a challenge match in the ladder. We should be able to track the wins and losses by going to the match completion listing and adding them up. (Am I getting too ... umm... stats crazy? )
3. "Ju" should be abbriviated "Jun" to avoid confusion with "July".
4. I think that whoever holds the top position on the ladder should be paid $100 USD per month by all the other members on the ladder.

Yes, I agree with EPW. That is a bit extreme. Platypus, I think that by just showing everybody that ever played a challenge on the challenge ladder, with their full records, it will avoid this type of thing. I think that's fairer. WHERE they fall on the ladder is governed by the rules we have agreed to already. People come and go and then come back all the time, and hence my argument for showing everyone and not DROPPING anyone or their records. At least that's my view...

I'm not sure that is "extreme". That depends on what we want the ladder to show.
