Yep. I should have gotten the Weather Paradigm this way - it dawned on me in the turn i started building my SP, and i knew it was already too late by then.
It would have been a very strong start to start early with the additional Colpods.
And you got that and then also the PTS...

The WP was a pleasant surprise. I didn't play to get it and once I had crawlers I knew I could instabuild it. If it was snatched on the same turn, I knew I could switch to the PTS, which was my real target this game.

Well I started assessing my chances a few years back. I might have been able to build it in 2144 by completely raping my empire. In 2145 it would have merely required me to sell some improvements and cash pretty much every crawler I have .It was lucky that I didn't

I don't know-- I am pretty certain that there is a thread on the issue on poly but I haven't had time to look. I guess I should since it might be easier to convince people to vote for me if that power is NOT triggered-- Its all very hypothetical and its often tough to even get to be a candidate when the PKs are in the game

I don't know-- I am pretty certain that there is a thread on the issue on poly but I haven't had time to look. I guess I should since it might be easier to convince people to vote for me if that power is NOT triggered-- Its all very hypothetical and its often tough to even get to be a candidate when the PKs are in the game

Wow. I feel better about this game now. Had i not run free market while researching planetary networks i would have gotten crawlers too late to even get the VW
